Video and audio
Play the video for a few seconds. Confirm that you can see it and hear the audio.
Team chat
Enter your name and click Save to join the chat. Then type TEST, send it, and confirm that your message appears.
Interactive content
If a privacy prompt appears, choose a preference. Then click or move through the item to confirm it responds.
Meeting materials
Open the safe test page in a new tab. It should show “Connection successful.” This checks access without showing any game materials.
Fictional Game Sites
Our game requires players to explore fictional game sites. Open each site below and follow its instructions. The first four should show “Connection successful.”
Fallback game access (for strict firewall settings)
If the fictional game sites did not work, we may run your game using our main domain. Please complete the tests below to confirm that the fallback game access is compatible with your work network.

Open the safe test page in a new tab. It should show “Fallback connection successful.”
Fallback messaging
Type TEST and click Send test. A confirmation from Alvin should appear within 10 seconds.

Send a simple test message to make sure your work email can communicate with the Game Master during the game.
- Send the email from your work address.
- Use the subject line EFTM test.
- Enter EFTM-CHECK as the body text.
- Allow up to three minutes for a reply.
- Confirm that the picture inside the reply is visible.
